Update on Out! Raleigh Pride 2020

After much consideration regarding the continuing escalation and spread of COVID-19 and direction from North Carolina government officials, we have decided to move the date of Out! Raleigh Pride to Sunday, August 9th, 2020. We will honor all sponsorships and vendor booths, and you will not lose your spot or the benefits of sponsoring this historic 10th-anniversary event.

In the meantime, and to build momentum as we move towards August 9th, we are going to hold a Virtual Out! Raleigh Pride Vendor Fair! The virtual event will launch on the original date of May 30th and run until August 9th! Details on this will be released in the coming weeks, but it will give our valued vendors and sponsors a chance to highlight their goods and services to our thousands of social media followers and make online sales. It's also an excellent opportunity for organizations to reaffirm that they support the LGBTQ+ community and make connections. Additionally, we will continue to find fun and creative ways to let our communities know of your dedication!

Again, we are heartbroken this pandemic has swept across our world and our community. However, we move onward with hope for a better summer – a summer in which we celebrate our PRIDE with each and every one of you. Out! Raleigh Pride sustains the work of the LGBT Center of Raleigh, and your dedication to the event is so valuable. If you have any questions about your sponsorships or vendor booth, we will happily answer those questions, and in the meantime, we wish you good health and safety in this trying time.

With Hope and Resilience,
The LGBT Center of Raleigh Staff, Board of Directors, and Out! Raleigh Pride Planning Committee
